All regular priced items can be returned for exchange or store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Sorry we do not offer refunds unless items sent to you are damaged/defective.

*Items purchased during a sale event or discounted online are final sale.
International orders outside of Canada are also final sale.

All eligible items returned for exchange or store credit must be unworn/unwashed, with all original tags attached and/or boxes (shoes), and packaging in the same new condition it was sent to you in, free of any damage, stains or odours.

Shipping costs incurred are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When we receive your return, we will inspect it for any defects and upon approval, you will be issues a store credit in the form of a gift card to either re-order a new size/exchange or to use for other online items.

Please contact us FIRST to ensure your item is eligible to return for store credit, items sent back that are final sale will be refused.
